Art Williams

Chief Executive Officer

Art Williams serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Access 360 Media, a next generation media and marketing company with a multi-platform digital network offering comprehensive advertising and marketing solutions.  He is responsible for day-to-day operations, setting strategic direction, implementing business initiatives, and managing senior-level relationships with professional sports team partners, Simon Mall property partners and major affiliated clientele.

Prior to Access 360's seamless acquisition of Arena Media Networks (AMN) in April, 2010, Art Williams served as co-founder and CEO at AMN, which he strategically evolved into a premier digital place-based media firm in the U.S.  AMN's digital network (AMNtv) still remains under the Access 360 Media umbrella, and is the nation’s largest stadium and arena TV network,  providing brands access to over 100 million passionate fans attending sporting events, concerts and family entertainment events each year.

In 2000, Mr. Williams assumed the role of Executive Vice President and COO of Omnicom Group’s Internet property, Organic, where he supervised the day-to-day operations of 10 global offices and 1,400 employees.  At Organic, his primary responsibilities centered on the development of two of the agency’s key accounts, Daimler Chrysler and Federated Department Stores.

Mr. Williams was a crucial member of the management team at Agency.com as Executive Vice President of Operations and spearheaded a growth strategy that took the company from a regional agency to an organization with international clientele.  In 1999, he was instrumental in the highly successful IPO of Agency.com.

As one of the early pioneers in the Internet solutions field, Mr. Williams founded one of the first Internet Consulting firms in New York – Spiral Media – which he would later merge with Omnicom Group’s Agency.com in 1998.  At Spiral Media, he created a business that enabled Fortune 500 brands such as OppenheimerFunds, Reuters, NEC, Xerox and Chase to take advantage of the unique communication capabilities of the Internet.

With his leadership and vision, Mr. Williams has successfully deployed marketing campaigns for Fortune 100 brands in front of millions of sports and entertainment fans the U.S., and will continue to build Access 360 Media's presence in the industry.

Lon E. Otremba

Chairman

Lon Otremba serves as Chairman of Access 360 Media, a premier multi-platform media network providing a fully integrated 360 degree offering that reaches over 140 million young adults each month through over 14,000 retail locations, whether they are in-store, text messaging on their cell phones, or immersed online. The company has executed campaigns for many of the world’s leading retail brands and national advertisers to drive entertaining and engaging consumer experiences.

A well-known interactive media pioneer, Otremba is a veteran operating executive and advisor in the digital out of home, Internet publishing, print, television and broadcast music industries. He's a frequent commentator on interactive marketing and operating strategies, presenting at such events as the Forbes CFO Conference, The Economist Conference, and numerous BusinessWeek, Internet World, and AdTech Conferences.

Prior to joining Access 360 Media, Otremba was CEO of Muzak, LLC, the world's largest provider of commercial music services, where he rejuvenated the brand, restructured their operations and streamlined the organization. Before that, he served as executive vice president of America Online's Interactive Marketing Group, a $720mm+ business, where he was responsible for developing and leading the short and long-term strategy and operations for AOL's advertising and e-commerce business turnaround. Many of the initiatives undertaken during his term formed the foundation for AOL’s reemergence as an interactive marketing leader.

He was also part of the team that launched Mail.com (now EasyLink Services Corporation), helped guide them through an IPO in 1999, serving as president and COO. Before that, he was one of the founding members of the CNET Networks management team, where he was executive vice president, responsible for developing CNET's highly successful revenue model in interactive media and television, and helped position the company for a successful IPO in 1996. Previously, he held various senior executive management positions at Ziff Davis Publishing and CMP Media. He began his career at Procter and Gamble.

Otremba currently sits on several boards, including EEI Communications and GGL. He is also an active member of the Marketing Committee for OVAB. He has served on the executive board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau and is a trustee of the Buckley Country Day School in Roslyn, New York.

Jim McDade

Chief Financial Officer

James McDade joined Arena Media Networks in June 2007.  Mr. McDade has twenty years of progressive experience in finance and management both in the US and the UK.  He possesses a unique skill set gained from his roles as the financial leader of three technology led companies and well as his extensive experience as a restructuring and corporate finance consultant with a “Big 5” professional services firm.

Between 2002 and 2007, Mr. McDade served as Vice President - Chief Financial Officer of Interactive Systems Worldwide Inc., a publicly traded software developer and operator.   While at Interactive Systems, he played a key role in the post acquisition integration of the Company’s U.K.-based licensee and managed a successful investor relations and press campaign.  From 2000 to 2001, Mr. McDade served as Chief Financial Officer of Uvine.com Ltd., a U.K.-based company, where he was also a Director. While at Uvine, he played a key role in the acquisition of a UK based wine merchant and also played a significant role in the establishment of operations in San Francisco, Sydney and Singapore.  From 1999 to 2000, he served as Assistant Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, England. From 1988 to 2000, Mr. McDade held several positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers in both the U.S. and U.K., primarily as a reorganization and corporate finance consultant.

Mr. McDade is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a MBA in Finance from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA and a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA.

William Powers

Executive Vice President of Sales

Over the course of his career, William Powers has established himself as a sales leader in the interactive media and broadcast space where he has played a vital role in building some of the most successful brands in the industry.

Mr. Powers currently serves as Executive Vice President of Sales with Access 360 Media, the country’s largest digital out-of-home media network, focusing on young adults. Prior to Access 360 Media, Powers served as Senior Vice President for Traffic.com, the country's leading provider of personalized traffic information. Starting in 1999 with the company, he held senior level management and sales positions at Traffic.com as was an original member of the company’s Traffic Pulse Networks' team.

Prior to joining Traffic.com, Powers worked for America's largest radio broadcast network, Westwood One, in their Shadow Traffic Boston Office. The move to Westwood One came after his first job with American Radio, selling for the Boston Red Sox Radio Network.

Powers is a past member of the sales executive council of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) where he helped to establish guidelines for marketers, agencies and media companies for use in the creating, planning and buying and selling of interactive marketing and advertising. Presently, he sits on the Agency Advisory Board and Media Operations Committee of the Out-of-Home Advertising Bureau (OVAB). These positions have allowed Mr. Powers to continue to be a leader in emerging media.

In 2000, Powers established the Luke Vincent Powers Foundation in memory of his son, Luke. He serves as the Foundation’s Executive Director which supports underprivileged children. The Foundation is committed to providing opportunities for children by funding programs that enhance and protect their lives, while providing them with much needed hope for the future.

Recently, Mr. Powers has become involved in healthcare reform and is currently working with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) to support change in the field of perinatal care.

Powers is an alumnus of Boston University.

Corey Silverman

Executive Vice President of Marketing

As Executive Vice President Marketing for Access 360 Media, Corey Silverman oversees the company’s strategies for marketing and business development with. Mr. Silverman is responsible for creating and managing AMN’s world-class sales organization, implementing plans to achieve forecasted goals, and those strategies throughout the organization including AMN’s board of directors.

Mr. Silverman was previously Senior Vice President of Sales for Current TV, where he built a sales organization lauded by The JackMeyers Media Business Report as “an outstanding emerging network sales organization.”  As part of the senior management team that successfully launched Current TV in 2005, Mr. Silverman devised a first-ever, viewer-created ad model that took advantage of the company’s unique hybrid format.

Prior to his post at Current TV, Mr. Silverman was Senior Vice president of Advertising for Fuse. He oversaw the network’s advertising sales and sponsorship initiatives, implementing strategies and creating revenue goals.  In December 2002, Mr. Silverman was appointed to Senior Vice President of Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation (RASCO) based in New York.

As Vice President of Advertising for Bravo and IFC (Independent Film Channel), Mr. Silverman developed and oversaw complex marketing-oriented efforts that garnered significant revenue for both channels through clients such as Starbucks and BMW Films.  With these and other clients, Mr. Silverman used cross-functional programs that tapped on-air and on-site opportunities within Bravo and IFC, coordinating efforts with both networks’ programming. These initiatives garnered industry-wide acclaim for Silverman and his organization.

Mr. Silverman brings experience from both the agency and national entertainment landscape to Arena Media Networks and looks to continue his success building world-class sales organizations in this latest endeavor.  He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Dave Roberts

Executive Vice President of Team Partnerships

Mr. Roberts was a co-founder of Arena Media Networks and has been a lifelong entrepreneur creating, strengthening and maintaining relationships. Early in his career he built a $16 million premium business that catered primarily to the cosmetic industry at Jaclyn Handbags.

Mr. Roberts left the premium industry and began a multi-million dollar importing company, Central Foundries, that specialized in cast iron products that pertain to plumbing supply companies throughout the eastern United States. In the process of developing Central Foundries the company spun off a regional advertising business, JR Advertising Communications that serviced his business and focused primarily on real estate companies, schools and religious organizations.

In 1995, David joined Triangle Systems, a leading architectural wood and metal company designing retail environments for well-known brands such as Federated Department Stores, Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren.  In directing sales efforts at Triangle Systems, he was an integral part in growing the business from $15 million to well over $100 million in annual sales.  In addition to leading that effort, Mr. Roberts personally developed and managed over $15 million annually.
